Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and WildWeb Digital, Innov8 – Old Fort, Next to Select City Mall, Saket District Centre, New Delhi, India – 110030 ("WildWeb Digital", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of WWLocal. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Where a separate signed agreement or order form exists between your organisation and WildWeb Digital, that agreement prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means the WWLocal web application, its public review pages, scheduled jobs, AI features and related support.
- "Client" means the business or agency for which a workspace is provisioned in the Service.
- "User" means an individual given access to a Client workspace, as a Client Admin or Client User.
- "Super Admin" means WildWeb Digital personnel who administer clients, plans and features.
- "End Customer" means a member of the public who uses a review link or QR code created by a Client.
- "Content" means data, text, images and other material submitted to, generated in, or retrieved by the Service, including Google Business Profile data and AI-generated drafts.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Client Admins are responsible for the Users they invite, for assigning appropriate roles, and for removing access when it is no longer needed. Notify us promptly at info@wildwebdigital.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions and plans
Plans are assigned to each Client by WildWeb Digital. Each plan sets limits, which may include the number of connected Google Business Profiles, Users, AI-generated replies per month and review links, and determines which features are available. We may enable or disable specific features for a Client independently of plan. When a limit is reached, the related action is blocked until the plan is changed or the limit resets.
Fees, billing periods and payment terms are set out in a separate agreement, quote or invoice. We may suspend access to a workspace if a subscription expires, is not renewed, or fees remain unpaid after notice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable.
5. Google integration
You may only connect Google Business Profiles that you own or are authorised to manage. You must comply with Google's Terms of Service, the Google Business Profile policies and any Google API terms that apply to your use. WWLocal is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google; Google Business Profile is a trademark of Google LLC.
The Service depends on Google's APIs. Google may change, limit, suspend or discontinue those APIs or your access to them at any time, and we are not responsible for any resulting loss of functionality, data or service, although we will make reasonable efforts to adapt.
6. AI features
The Service uses artificial intelligence to draft review replies, posts, keyword suggestions, summaries and End Customer review drafts. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and for all content published from your workspace, including replies posted automatically under the "Fully automatic" or "Hybrid" modes. You can configure approval requirements, delays, tone, signatures and exclusions, and should do so in a way that suits your business and risk tolerance.
7. Review collection rules
Honest reviews matter to consumers and are protected by law. When using review links, QR codes or any other feature of the Service, you must not, and must not encourage others to:
- create, buy, sell or post fake reviews, or reviews from people who have not had a genuine experience with your business;
- offer incentives such as discounts, gifts or payments in exchange for reviews, or for positive reviews;
- engage in review gating — selectively soliciting reviews only from customers expected to leave positive feedback, or discouraging or preventing customers from leaving negative reviews;
- post reviews on a customer's behalf, or pressure customers into posting particular wording;
- review your own business or competitors, or have employees do so without proper disclosure.
The Service is designed so that every End Customer, regardless of star rating, can post to Google, and drafts are based only on what the customer enters. Customers must post reviews themselves. You must comply with Google's policies on prohibited and restricted content and with applicable consumer-protection laws, including, where relevant, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission rules on consumer reviews and testimonials, guidance from the Competition Bureau Canada, India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and its framework on online consumer reviews, and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction. Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- publish content that is unlawful, false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory or infringing, or that discloses others' personal information without authority;
- scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Service or use it to build a competing product;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly permits;
- overload, disrupt or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or circumvent rate limits or plan limits;
- bypass or probe authentication, access controls or security measures, or access another Client's data;
- introduce malware or use the Service in breach of any law or third-party terms.
9. Content and intellectual property
As between you and WildWeb Digital, the Client owns its Content, including its business information, uploaded media and the replies and posts it publishes. You grant WildWeb Digital a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display Content solely to provide, secure and support the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have all rights needed to grant this licence.
WildWeb Digital and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design, documentation and trademarks. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used without restriction or obligation.
10. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party will protect the other's non-public business information with reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of this agreement. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. With respect to personal data submitted by End Customers through a Client's review pages, the Client is the controller and WildWeb Digital acts as processor, processing that data only on the Client's documented instructions as expressed through its configuration of the Service. Clients are responsible for providing any notices to, and obtaining any consents from, End Customers that applicable law requires. A data processing agreement is available on request.
11. Availability, support and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and to provide reasonable support by email at info@wildwebdigital.com, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages (including Google or AI providers) and events beyond our control may affect availability. Features labelled beta, preview or demo, including demo workspaces with sample data, are provided "as is" and may change or be withdrawn. We may modify, add or remove features; where a change materially reduces core functionality of your plan, we will give reasonable notice.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request cancellation by emailing info@wildwebdigital.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period unless otherwise agreed. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these Terms (including section 7), if required by law, if your use poses a security risk, or if a subscription expires or remains unpaid after notice.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. For 30 days after termination, Client Admins may request an export of their workspace data (such as reviews and insights in CSV format), after which we will delete Client Content in accordance with the Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not warrant any particular outcome, such as improved ratings, rankings, review volume or business performance. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildWeb Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the fees paid by the Client to WildWeb Digital for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless WildWeb Digital and its officers, employees and contractors from and against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, your violation of Google's terms or policies, or your violation of applicable law, including consumer-protection and review-related laws.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of New Delhi, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court. Before starting proceedings, each party agrees to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice.
17. Changes, notices and general terms
Changes. We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account holders in advance by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Notices. We may send notices to the email address on your account or within the Service. Notices to us must be sent to info@wildwebdigital.com.
Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any separate order or agreement form the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service.
Severability and waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
